Providing and fixing Pre cast Reinforcement Cement concrete Chattari at terrace of the building 1st floor , The chhatri shall be made precast Reinforcement cement concrete by using the reinforcement and applying carving, graving and Nakashi work of superior quality as shown in the drawing. The chattri shall be have four side part of size 1000x1100 mm above the square portion of chhatri the round gumbad shall be of 1000 mm diameter and the height of gumbad shall be of 730 mm and above round gumbad a spike of cement precast concrete 320 mm . The total height of chhatri from bottom to top of spike shall be of 25370 mm. The chhatri shall be projected at junction of gumbad al around 210 mm. The work shall be carried out as per given drawing. The rates are inclussive of all items involved in the item of work and placining in position etc all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer in charge .

Providing and Fixing Pre Cast Reinforcement Cement Concrete ARCH (Mehrab) of average thickness 50 mm and the height shall be of 975 mm as per the drawing. The work shall apply of Craving and Nakashi work of superior quality as shown in the drawing . The rates are inclussive of cement concreting, centering , shuttering, reinforcement ,plastering the surface with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine Sand) and including fixing in position etc all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge .
