Provision of Cold storage facility and Miscellaneous Electrical works etc cargo Complex at LBSI Airport Varanasi.

SITC of cold storage facility at Varanasi Airport as per following specifications. Cold Room size: Cold Room size shall be nominal dimension of Approx 4.7mtr length x 4.7mtr width x 3.6 mtr height capable of storage of average 5000kg/day. Products to be stored: The cold room shall be suitable for storage of Vegetables,Fruits & Flowers. Desired temperature to be achieved in the cold room: The cold room temperature is to be maintained between +2°C to +8°C while the ambient temperature is 45°C. The pull down time shall be 24 hrs. Digital temperature indicator cum controller shall be provided. Insulation: The wall and ceiling panel shall be of 60mm thick cyclopentane PUF insulated panels with prepainted G.I.finish. The floors shall be of 60 mm thick floor panel with Marine ply 12 mm & AL .chaqured plate 1.2mm Refrigeration: The refrigeration units shall have 40000 BTU/Hr capacity 2 number(One working and 01 standby) to maintain the desired temperature of +2°C as required for number of door opening approx 10-20 times per hour each for 15 to 30 sec . The refrigeration used shall be of R-404A. The condensing unit shall be of outdoor air cooled with required copper piping and to be fixed either in the outer wall of walk in cooler unit or as per site requirement. Power supply suitable for operation of 4wire 3phase 415V, 50Hz: The power supply will be provided by the AAI upto the brick wall near the walk in cooler unit. The necessary power cord shall be supplied by the successful tenderer upto the cooling units (approx. 5mtrs) Internal Lighting: Required number of lights shall be provided inside the walk in cooler with suitable switch arrangements for ON/OFF. Earthing: The walk in cooler units should be properly earthed with nearest available earth point. ITC: The job includes installation, testsing and commissioning of standalone type walk-in cold storage panels along with installation support for condensing unit/evaporating unit including zero Level flooring for panel errection fixing of copper pipes, charging of gas, cabling, termination, etc complete as required.

Supply of following 1.1KV grade aluminim conductor XLPE insulated/PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part I) 1988 as required. a) 4C X 25 Sqmm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 4C X 25 sq.mm.

Supplying and fixing 4 way ,MCCB+12 module Double door prewired vertical type TP&N distribution board(x160 h3 MCCB incomer) of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with , dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 160 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required (But without MCCB/ RCCB/ Isolator).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of HDPE/MS Pipe direct in underground at depth of upto 60 cm below ground level including excavation and refilling of soil/concrete and refilling it as required at site.

Supplying and fixing 100 amps rating, four pole, 415 volts,25KA thermal magnetic MCCB in the existing MCCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole(5to 32A)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Triple pole(32A)

Supply and fixing of 3phase 4wire KWh / energy meter counter type with a rating of 50-100A suitable for 415 volts on surface mounted complete with all accessories etc. as required.

Earthing with G.l. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing of 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in the recess for loop earth.

Supply of 3core 4Sqmm Flexible Cu Cable complete as per site Requirement.

Supply of (BEE 5 Star) 2.0 TR high wall type split Inverter Air Conditioner unit with rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/Non CFC & Copper condensor coil of outdoor unit & having cordless LCD remote,auto restart operation with copper refrigerant gas pipeline insulated with nitrile/polythene foam i/c electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor from indoor to outdoor unit ( both upto 3 mtr) i/c standard drain pipe,MS base frame / platform duly epoxy painted for outdoor units for operation on 230V , 50 Hz single phase AC supply and capable of performing such standard function like cooling, dehumidifying,air circulating, filtering etc complete as required.

Supply of (BEE 5 Star) 1.5 TR high wall type split Inverter Air Conditioner unit with rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/Non CFC & Copper condensor coil of outdoor unit & having cordless LCD remote,auto restart operation with copper refrigerant gas pipeline insulated with nitrile/polythene foam i/c electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor from indoor to outdoor unit ( both upto 3 mtr) i/c standard drain pipe,MS base frame / platform duly epoxy painted for outdoor units for operation on 230V , 50 Hz single phase AC supply and capable of performing such standard function like cooling, dehumidifying,air circulating, filtering etc complete as required.

Supply Installation, Testing & commissioning of 5 KVA automatic voltage stabilizer for given output voltage of single phase 230+/- 10%, AC supply for the input single phase supply voltage range of 170 V to 270 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.

Supplying & installation of 25 mm dia PVC hard Drain pipe complete with all accessories and fittings etc as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of up to 1.5/2.0 TR capacity split Air-Conditioners comprising of wal / floor mounting type indoor evaporator unit , outdoor condensor unit and fixing of refrigerant piping with insulation, suitable size power cable between indoor and outdoor unit (upto length of 3 metre) and including initial charging of refrigerant gas etc as required.

Suply fixing of Extra copper piping( beyond 3.0 meter) between the indoor and outdoor units with insulation, gas charging etc. complete as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required (2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire)

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole andearth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steelenclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia PE-80 HDPE Pipe suitable to lay in underground as per IS:4984/95 duly ISI marked . Should withstand minimum pressure of 6 Kgf/cm2.
