Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage Water closet (WC) any pattern by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of existing sewage line 150 / 200 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure mechine bamboo rodding as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sledge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position as diretced by Engr- in - Charge.

Cleaning of blocked / chocked manholes and removal of sludge, soil, & any materials found from manholes mechinically for depth of manhole up to 1.00 mtr. complete all as specified and as directed.

Description same as per Item No. 04.00 but depth of manhole exc. 1.00 mtr but n.exc.2.00 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of shaft / duct area up to 4.5 sqm each and getting out all grass, garbage, silt etc and removing all material to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. Note for Srl no. 1 to 6 (a) The scope of work includes attending day to day complaint. (b) The contractor/supervisor shall obtain complaint slip from JE/Engr-In-Charge on daily basis and report completion of complaint. (c) The sufficient manpower shall be deputed as per work requirement on daily basis as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC) of septic tank/sump well/manhole/soakage well any type or shape and desludging / dewatering of septic tank, Manhole and soakage well of any depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in- charge including carrying the effluent and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Cleaning of septic tank/ soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land that shall be included the quoted rates.

Exacavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft ,wall, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 08.00 but depth exc. 1.50m but not exc 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation, PCC bed and any other location etc. including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe 150 mm internal bore laid in trenches & jointed as specified, and including demolition and breaking up drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- ALOM POLY EXTRUSIONS LTD / REX POLY EXTRUSIONS LTD / GEMINI GROUP OF COMPANIES.

M & L 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate cement concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against side of pipe for 150 mm bore of pipe including demolition of concrete bed alongwith drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in Soft/Loose soil including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50M and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) 32 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq cm including fitting (bend, tee etc.) fixed complete to walls, ceilings with clamps or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete and including demoletion of existing concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.
