Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and othe similar bands, plinth courses, bed plates, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel/iron surfaces of any description applying two coat of synthetic enamel ordinary tint over coat of red oxide primer of any description n exc 10 cm girth , not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets etc for horn, fixing of barbed wire to RCC post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to steel gate/Wicket gate of sliding door bolt, hinges, pintel, locking arrangment, spike, V groove/Flat edge heavy duty gate roller, roller rails etc including gressing, welding /reveting to bring the steel gate /wicket gate in service condtions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for mild steel framed work as in grill, guard bars etc with ends of bars/FI shoulders and or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bar and similar works confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters size not exceeding 2.50m x 3.00m with all connecting items and repair/replace the lath of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, greasing, tightening of helical wire spring including welding wherever required, oiling, etc. complete to make in serviceable condition and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Lath of steel rolling shutters, lock plate with locking arrangement and bow handles shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Spring shall be included in the rate of item (iii) Supply only unserviceable items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No. 56 above but size 3.50m x 4.50m.
