Taking down / Dismantling of the existing plant completely comprising of compressor, slipring motor, chiller, Condenser, ducting , AHUs, pipe lines, chiller/condenser pumps, liquid line, control valves, cooling tower, control panel etc and making good the surface all as specified and directed depositing in MES store yard

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air conditioning system suitable for Cooling & Heating both by multiple scroll compressor controlled by individual inverter complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired and wireless/wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller,interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A) & oil, internal control cabling and fittings and Outdoor unit connecting kit etc as per details given in specifications and having following items. The outdoor units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V+10%, 50Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply.

All the units shall be provided with built in microprocessor or control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control, which should be air cool. Machines shall be suitable for working with BMS system. It is mandatory that each compressor shall have inverter technology separately i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor and initially filled of refrigerant gas (R- 410 A). Following capacities of ODUs are at standard operating condition as defined above and Vendor to indicate COP at 100% load & at part loads i.e.75% & 50% in the data sheets/ shop drawings:- Note : INSIDE DESIGN CONDITION (24°C ± 2°C), RH not exeeding 55% and dust filtration level 99.9% down to 5 micron ( E U 5 filters)

Design, manufacturing, supply, installation , testing & commissioning of following air cooled & Heating both by multiple scroll compressor (OEM Manufactured) four directional air flow DX split type Indoor Air Conditioning Units of following capacity suitable for mounting inside false ceiling, each comprising of cooling coil,blower with multi speed motor, electronic expansion valve, supply & return air grilles,filter, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, provision for fresh air intake ducting, condensate water drain pump with electronic level sensor, including wireless remote controller etc. All the indoor units shall be compatible to work with VRV / VRF type condensing unit as follows:-

Supply, installation , testing & commissioning of variable refrigerant 'Y' joint required for distribution of refrigerant in copper piping etc., Complete as per specifications flow distribution REFNETS (Y – Joints) in the suction & liquid lines.

Supply, installation , testing & commissioning of refrigerant copper piping insulated with 19 mm / 13 mm thick Nitrile rubber of following sizes between outdoor unit to indoor units as per the specifications. The refrigerant pipe shall be hard drawn /soft drawn copper pipe as per manufacture recommendations. The quantity of these items of works recommendations. The quantity of these items of works shall be measured as per actual requirement of site conditions. Testing & commissioning of complete system by applying pressure throught air compressor unit & after testing fill gas (R- 410A) in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed (FRLS) cable with multi stranded copper conductor wiring in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) 20mm dia and over, wall thickness not less than 2.00 mm thick , and all accessories for one light / bell /exhaust fan controlled by one switch with 1.25mm thick pressed steel terminal anodized box concealed on walls, 3mm laminated plastic sheet cover for mounting of switches, socket outlet, regulator etc or suitable for switches, socket outlet, regulator etc , fixed by suitable size of 4 Nos cadmium screws along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Switch socket outlet, 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp and 15 Amp flush type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement buildup boards fixed of laid /inserted to timber /GI/Aluminium framework with screw as in ceiling including 605x605mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and includng ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre,Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flate 40x30mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5 dia 40mm long and preparation of new surface of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distamper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of LT panel outdoor type weather proof panel floor mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 40X40X6mm angle made of complete CRCA sheet on 3.15mm dust and vermin proof duly powder coated and wired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earlier and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel. The panel shall be comprising of following accessories :- a) MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole- 01 No. (b) Copper bus bar 4 strip as per 350Amp rating. (c) MCCB 40 Amps 4pole - 06 No. (d) SPN 32Amp - 02 Nos. (e) SPN 20 Amp - 28 Nos (f) Digital Ammeter 0 to 300 Amps. (g) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts. (h) Phase indicator.
