Dismantling of Leaky/week 63.50mm OD X 3.60mm thick drum to drum rear bank tubes of M/s Backau wolf make 30TPH capacity boiler No 4, Fabrication of New Tube from provided tubes, fitting & erection of New tubes and expending of tubes at both end in both drums upto making of well mouth and hydraulic testing of boiler at standerd pressure (315 Nos)

Replacment of weak/Leaky SCH-40 steam lines/boiler feed water lines as per IBR norms. (i) 65mm Per Mtr

Dismantling og 76.20mm OD Leaky/weak steam drum to front Header Roof tubes of M/s I.J.T. make 20 TPH capacity Boiler no 1 Fabrication of New tubes out of Provided material as per Sample/Drawing, Fitting and Erection of New tubes complete in all respect and Finally satisfactroy Leak Proof Hydraulic testing at standard Pressure (25 Nos)

Fabraication of 101.60mm OD X 4.06mm thick X 5000mm long Fins/Gilled Type Economizer tubes, Complete in all Respect as per Sample/Drawing. (24 Nos)

Dismantling, fitting and erection of Weak/Leaky bends of Boiler mounting and satisfactory hydraulic testing at standard Pressure (i) 20mm

Supply of Carbon steel seam less steam line bends ASTM A-106 Grade in SCH-40 With IBR test certificate (i) 20mm

Supply of carbon steel seam less steam pipe line Nipple ASTM A-106 Grade SCH-40 (i) 38.1mm

Dismantling fitting and erection of weak/Leaky steam pipe line in SCH-40 of Boiler and Turbines in Following size (i) 65mm
