Transporting of 8 MVA & 5 MVA/3 MVA Power Transfomer main tank with core level oil where necessary includin all accessories and released oil,by low bed trailer and lorry as directed by the by field engineer ( Beyond 100 KM up to 500 KM)

Labour charges for Erection of 8 MVA Power Transformer'without using board crane wherever applicable including gasket changing for HV & LV Bushings,Radiator Valve,conservator Valve,equaliser Pipe Valve,Bucholds Valve,etc as directed by the Field Engineer

Labour charges for Erection of 5 MVA/3 MVA Power Transformer'without using board crane wherever applicable including gasket changing for HV & LV Bushings,Radiator Valve,conservator Valve,equaliser Pipe Valve,Bucholds Valve,etc as directed by the Field Engineer

Labour charges for dismantlling of top cover with gasket including OLTC Cover and replacement of top cover gasket ,OLTC gasket, radiator , butterfly valve , inner gasket and all other gaskets which are not normally covered under dismantling and reerection , gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate and all other dimantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the field engineer. All the required gaskets of RC 70C Grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by the contractor 8MVA Power transformer

Labour charges for draining of oil from Main tank to barrel as directed by the Field Engineer. ( 5 barrels (210 ltr)* 7 Nos Pr Tr)

Labour charges for Hot oil circulation of oil in the transformer and OLTC under vacuum drying whenever applicable /necessary to the Required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning as directed by Field Engineer. (The Filter machine supplied by the contractor)oil circulation required only in Main tank upto 5000 litre LS 19500 (5000 ltrs* 7 Nos PrTr)

Supply of various steel materilas and labour for double earthing of neutral,mail tank and panels etc., as directed by bthe field engineer(7 Nos Pr Tr x300 Kg)

Labour charges for one finish coating of aluminium painting Works with spray Gun for power trnsformer complete including T & P etc and painting of valves bushings with red yellow,blue and black Paint including cost of paint of Reputed make company viz Asian,Berger etc,and consumables as directed by the field Engineer.

Labour charges for loading/unloading of barrel with released/new transformer oil from store to site and vice versa as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for laying control cable in cable duct from power Transformer to control room and with in the Transformer body as directed by the Field Engineer.(above 8 Core Cable )

Supply and galnding of all the control cable in transformer to RTCC,DM box, M.Box, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plates as directed by the field engineer.(32 MM) (4 Nos for 7Units)

Supply and galnding of all the control cable in transformer to RTCC,DM box, M.Box, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plates as directed by the field engineer.(28 MM) (2 Nos for 7 Units)
