Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts including GI barbed wire (wood, steel or RCC) from natural ground any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality all as specifed and directed.

S & F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made 11 to 15 mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt not exc 5 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing all the rubbish all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns & coulmns etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast drain cover set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12.00 herein before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; coulmn and similar work; vertical or to batter finished flat fair surfaces concrete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing all the rubbish all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone agg) 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in alternate bay all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size over 25 mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand conforming to IS-15658 2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick (consolidated) sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block of any size and shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs stones (road edge), factory made, hydraulically pressed and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete (size of block 350 mm x 250 mm x 150 mm appx) including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new brick, stone, concrete or plastered surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paints plaster coats all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered tiles of size 250 x 250 x 25 mm thick laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) of approved colour all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, brickwork of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm width, type C-1 (1:3:6), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) completeall as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 25.00 herein before but except precast blocks i.e using serviceable precast blocks obtained from item No 24.00 herein before all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonary uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1: 6 all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 27.00 herein before but except stone i.e using serviceable stone obtained from item No 24.00 herein before all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry on concrete block walling in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of block masonary or concrete surfaces finished fair & even complete all specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type-C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanized 2 strands steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixed to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured.

M & L for Restraining, resecuring including making good staples to galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire any dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and in any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs punched tape 0.5 mm thick & 1050 mm dia concertina coil, 125 to 127 clips per 6 m length and 01 RM concertina coil using 10 to 15 RM single wire etc including dismantling & removing of existing coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any mesh size and type all as specified and directed. NOTE: Fixing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Chain link mesh shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Schedule.

M & L for mild steel round barbs 10 mm dia and over for securing chain link fencing cut to length bent to shape required incl binding bolting etc complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specifed and directed.

M & L for stone boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching in grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation & getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
