Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with two runs of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead, drawing through in and including PVC rigid conduit of size not less than 20mm, with all fittings & accessories including provn of MS sunk terminal box of appropriate size suitable for switch fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick hylum sheet top cover with screws & cup washers including cutting chases and making good by using cement mortar 1:4 complete for one light / fan point / call bell complete.

All as per Item No.03 here in above but for One 3/5 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps on the same board with other switches.

Note : (a) PVC conduit, two run wiring cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one unit. (b) All incoming and outgoing cable shall be connected by using proper lugs & sockets which deem included in quoted rate. (c) Quoted rate should included cutting chases in brick walls/core for concealed conduit wiring incl making good with plaster, rubbed finish and matching good with existing surface colour.

Note : (a) PVC Casing-caping/conduit, two run wiring cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length (b) All incoming and outgoing cable shall be connected by using proper lugs & sockets.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs any type and size by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB Distribution board TPN 4 Way for mounting SPN/ SP/TPN/TP MCBs as Incoming / outgoing, factory made, confirming to IS, fabricated out of CRCA sheet , fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and suitable rated bus bar, DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process the sheet steel having to go through the anti rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DBs shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DBs shall be of IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door complete all as specified and directed.
