Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works up to plinth level

Supply and fixing of SS Bellow of following diameter b) 350 mm dia

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of smoke exhaust piping (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 80 kg/cum density resin bonded fiber glass or 144 Kg/ cu m density mineral wool (non Combustible) pipe section insulation covered with a layer of 120 gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapour barrier) and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet ladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip (as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints and repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required. a) 350 mm dia.(75 mm thick insulation)

Supply and fabrication of D G exhaust pipe supports by M.S angle of size not less than 100 x 50 mm x 6/8 mm including Nuts/ Bolts etc. of various sizes complete in all respect as per the approved design of structure to support the Exhaust pipes . The entire MS support structure should be painted by 2 coats of anti corrosive paint over primer coat of approved shade and make. The design of support to be duly approved by the Structural Consultant / Architect before fabrication and installation including RCC Foundation.

The diesel engine will comprise of Flywheel with starter ring for Generating set, Air filter, Lube oil cooler assembly with accessories, Exhaust air manifold, Exhaust Silencer, Expansion bellow, Fuel filter, Lube oil filter, Exhaust gas turbocharer with after cooler, Radiator with pusher type fan, with fan guard, Coolant pump, 24 V (2 X 12 V) electrical starting system with starter motor and battery charging alternator, Common rail direct ignition design for fuel with Electronic Governing & Osochoronus capability, Bore & Stroke - 130 x 150 mm, Engine cubic capacity - 31.84 litres, Engine mounting supports, Engine control panel - Microprocessor based controller model 745, Engine Safeties, Alarms and Trips (details in controller specifications), K cool super plus corrosion inhibitor coolant for cooling, Engine Operator/ Maintenance & Spare parts CD, Engine warranty certificate, Engine test certificate.other specifications as per DNIT in PDF.

FUEL STORAGE & TRANSFER SYSTEM Designing, supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning fuel piping conforming to IS 1239 with all required accessories including valves etc as indicated in the drawings and as per relevant regulations and painting with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint : 25mm dia C-class MS pipe

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of M.S. day oil tank of 990 litres capacity fabricated out of min. 5 mm thick M.S. sheet installed on steel frame or masonry pedestal with all associated accessories, valves & fittings including level indicator complete as required, float switch should be provided. The tank shall be suitably treated with anticorrosive treatment on inside & outside surface with certified electric fuel valves and certified fuel sensors from authorized organization for automatic filling of Fuel from tank to Generator including 10 mtr 25 mm Dia C Class MS pipe for fuel transfer including RCC foundation as per drawing provided by the Company.

DG Synchronization Panel Designing, fabricating, transporting, unloading, storing, fixing in position, testing and commissioning the following sheet steel cubicle type panels fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, outdoor type TPN Panels with hinged lockable doors, suitable for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz AC supply with separate cable alley and lockable bus-bar chamber including supplying and fixing following switchgears and accessories, inter-connections, bonding to earth, powder coated painting as per following specifications :- Incoming feeder From 1010 KVA DG - I,II,III,IV & V Set :- 05 Nos.. other specifications as per DNIT in PDF.
