Providing and applying of tack coat ( One before laying DBM and other before laying BC) with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) including preparing Bituminous/granular surface cleaned of dust and extraneous material with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipment and spraying priming at the rate of 2.00Kg. per 10Sqm. ( two point zero zero Kilogramme per ten square metre) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly as per MORT&H specification clause 503 including all leads and lifts and carriage of material and equipment including mechanical transport as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty millimetre.) thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam as a corrective course with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity grade- thirty) @ minimum 4.50 (four point five) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505 (5th revision) complete in all respects including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes, within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula.

Providing and laying 40mm (forty millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-30 (VG-Thirty) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint component minimum 2.5mm (two point five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grams (Two hundred fifty ) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5mm (Two decimal five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 in accordance with clause 803 of ministry of road transport specification. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of materials, machinery and other incidental charges by mechanical Transport in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pavement marker(cat eyes) made out of ABS plastic( 3 M or equivalent make) of minimum size 100x 100mm without nail having 50 mm (Fifty milimeter) stem of ABS. The payment market shall be installed with epoxy. Including carriage of materials , equipments with all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Including carriage of materials within in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
