SCHEDULE A PART I (BUILDING WORKS)

Survey, Design and Construction of RCC over head water tank of capacity 25000 gallons with 21 Mtrs staging incl excavation, earth work, PCC in fdn, RCC design mix M-30, Internal and External finishes, MS ladder etc complete all as specified and shown as drawing incl aluminium ladder for inside dome. (a) Brief scope of work : (i) Structural Aspect :- Provision of supply of structural design drawing with sound Engineering practice in Auto CAD with latest Indian Standards IS 456, IS 800, IS 816, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 2062, IS 4326, IS 13920 etc, including design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file hard and soft copy and one set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on 'Gateway' brand tracing paper alongwith a soft copy of drawing and estimates of quantities within 30 days from date of opening of bids as specified . The design prepared by one designer shall be checked by another designer and both the persons shall sign in the deisgn calculation and drawings. The structuring drawings will be got vetted by IIT/NIT and countersigned before submission to department. Prior to commencement of work at site.

(ii) Bldg comprises the following :- (aa) Overhead water tank of 25000 Gallon capacity incl finishes services. (ab) RCC (M-30) Design mix (As per soil investing action report attaced). (iii) Brief Specification (aa) Soil bearing capacity - 8.4 tonne/Sqm. (ab) Seismic Zone : Zone V. (ac) Water proofing treatment as per Zonal specification. (ad) Staging 21.00 mtr from avg ground level. (ae) Plinth protection : 75mm thick PCC M-15 (Nominal Mix) over 100mm thick hard core alongwith saucer drain.Outer edge of plinth protection should be in line with outer face of over head tank (b) Supply of Architectural, structural. Drawing & design estimates, 'Provn of over head tank 25000 gallon cap at AF Stn Darbhanga.

SCHEDULE A PART VI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (TO BE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR))

Supplying, laying, commissionining and testing of pipe ductile iron, spigot and socket including specials class "K-9" supplied and laid complete including fittings such as bends (any type radius and angles) tapers any type (straight bends, increase, decreasing or double socket) tee pieces single branch 100mm (4") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commissionining and testing of pipe ductile iron, spigot and socket including specials class "K-9" supplied and laid complete including fittings such as bends (any type radius and angles) tapers any type (straight bends, increase, decreasing or double socket) tee pieces single branch 150mm (6") dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and testing DI fitting upto 150mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets/socket & spigot/flanged) collars, caps and plugs for spigot socketed pipes completeall as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900x900x900 mm (internal diemnsion) including PCC, brickwork and MS sheet cover 3mm thick, MS angle iron frame size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm around of valve pit, locking arrangement with pad iron size 50mm dia brass, 6 lever with duplicate keys (make godrej) and painting all steel surfaces with two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
