Erection of Waterproof German Hanger Pandal, Stage, Internal electrification and pandal related allied works on rental basis for 38th Convocation in January 2025 at Central Campus, Rahuri.

Providing and erecting of suitable sections high quality aluminium and steel hanger structure (German Hanger) Pandal having clear span of 150 feet including entry and exit decoratives doors and top ceiling good quality materials, side kanad with all material, labour, transportation, etc. complete. The design stregth structure shall be such that should bear all wind loads etc complete. Minimum size of the Pandal 150 X 150 ft. (a)Pandal should be covered on all sides with good quality cloth(New) (b)The entire roof needs double covering ,top with white cloth & ceiling with full cloth. (c)Pandal area middle pathway covered with coir matting 10 ft wide covered with red cloth for full length. (d)Erection of D barragetting with cloth for VIP & exit area as per specifications given by the PWD Dept. (e)Fire Extingushers in Pandal area to be provided as per Norms or standards or as directed. (f) Cleaning of area before start & end of work. (Main pandal, Green Room etc)

Stage work (Main Funciton Stage) a) Stage size 40 ft x 30 ft. and height 4 ft to 5 ft. from floor & should be screwed well to good quality ply including synthetic new red colour carpet & noice proof materials so that noice can be avoided or as directed by incharge. (b) The height of Pandal on stage will be 18 ft to 22 ft suitable for Pandal lenth as per site condition. (c) The stage should be sound as per specification of public works Department and satisfaction of Police Department & stage stability certificate from PWD is responsibilty of Exhibitor/ Pandal contractor. (d) The ceiling of stage will be decorative and colur full cloth. Also top & sides should be covered by dark black tadpatri. (e) Stage roof shall be coverd with thick tarpoline for water proofing etc. (f) The stage back side cloth (colur) wich is to be suitable for decoration and will have to be excuted as per instructions received from office representative of stage decoration committee. (g) Three way steps for front side of stage for decoration with poltted plants. (h) wooden steps of standard size (tread 30 cm and rise 15 cm) and safe with hand rails of decorative cloth and flowers across the width of stage on both sides. (i) Backside of stage parda should be Maroon colour only.

High density cushion VIP Sofa sets (three seater) Good quality of sofa sets with snow white colour for each sofa, arranging cleaning etc. (Main Pandal area) as directed.

PVC Chairs Good quality chairs with white covers arranging in the Pandal with cleaning as directed. (Main Pandal & Dining Area etc)

Pre-Fabricated MS Super Structure of suitable sections with Tarpuline & top plain ceiling of white drilled cloth (Plain levelled ceiling at height 3.5M) with side covers of Kanad good quality material & inner part with cloth & outer side Facia elevated with framing & white cloth from top to bottom ( Ht.5m) including entry & exit doors etc. complete. (a) Pandal should be covered on all sides with good quality colour full cloth (New) (b) Pandal poles will have to be covered with good quality colour full cloth. (Entrance main/VIP, Near Examination hall , Dispensary, Fire fighting & other etc)

Pandal & Dining Area Side Kanad Having height 8 to 10 ft as per directed by Incharge. (a) Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be covered with good quality colur full coth with height of 8 ft to 10 ht from gound level. (b) Entire partition should be of double colour full cloth.

Baragetting having height 4' to 5' ft as per directed by Incharge. Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be tight well with height of 4' ft to 5' ht from gound level.

Box Kaman having size Approx. 20' height , 3ft x 3 ft and 4 Nos to be erected at different locations with good quality cloths along all the sides and as per directed directed by I/C

Pedestal fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in Pandal area as directed.

Ceiling fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in Pandal area as directed.

Air cooler including wiring and fixing in Pandal area as directed.

Tower Air conditioning system including wiring and fixing in stage area as directed.

LED SCREEN P4 (a) Backdrop P4 LED screen of size 20 ft x10 ft for stage 1 No. with stand & Operator.

Generator (Sound proof) of 200 KVA of standard make with necessary fuel (Report from Electrical Inspector on installation is necessary) with change over switch and cabling including operator timing 12 hours per day for One day event as directed by Incharge
