CWE/GGN/GT-04/2023-24 SPECIAL REPAIR TO ARD SYSTEM OF LIFTS AND ALLIED WORKS (QTY-48) OF TEJAS ENCLAVE AT AFSSR UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of automatic rescue device system including Mother Board (Material Number 1000043616 PCB MCU Motherboard Tic V controller Version 7.0) in replacement make whole system to meet the latest configuration suitable for existing Thyssen make lifts carry 8 passengers (544 Kg) suitable for serving G+6 floors (total 7 landings), with automation self test, minimum capacity before return from shutdown (0-90%), voltage sensitivity and detects/reacts to line voltage distortions by transferring to battery operation to protect the connectd equipment , alarm delay control, shoutdown delay (0-630s) , low battery alert , synchronized turn-on delay, hight transfer point (253VAC-265 VAC), low transfer point (196-208 VAC), output voltage (220-240 VAC) battery and including all internal wiring work , Aux contact block (LADN22), (TA1 DN 02), (TA1 DN 13), Relay-03 Nos (MKG3P110A), Pneumatic Timer Block-On Delay (TA2-DT2), (TCA2-DN40), phase failure Relay (USP D1). The ARD shall be minimum three rescue operation can be performed without recharging as per site position for 8 passengers lift installed at Tejas. Make & Model No:As per OEM recomendation & suitable compatibility with Thyssen krupp lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item 1 & 2: The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM and installation, testing & Commissioning by trained Engineer of OEM only all as described in schedule 'A' special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed. Contractor is responsible for renewal of Insurance of operator/Mechanic/Helper for which rate is included In the unit rate. In any accident occur of any indl like Operator/ Mechanisc/ Helper/ Users during operation time of lift, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the indl as decided by the competent authority. Principle employer will not be responsible for the same. The Schedule 'A' consists of ARD repalcement and other allied works of M/S Thyssen Krupp ( Formerly known as TK Elevator India Private Limited) lifts at Tejas Enclave (Married Accn). All the Bidders shall upload a letter of 'Intent of MOU' through OEM ie M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator (INDIA) in Cover-1 reagrding the willingness of MoU to be done between Bidder & OEM post acceptance of the Tender. The letter of declaration will be as per format mentioned in Tender Documents. Failing to which Bidders shall be rejected for bid opening of Cover-II. The successful L1 Bidder shall submit MOU as per given format (on a non judicial stamped paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized) within 07 days from date of issue of Work Order No 1, failing which late charges @0.5% OF CA amount per week from date of acceptance shall be imposed on contractor. The contract shall be liable to be cancelled without any notice under condition 54 of IAFW 2249, if MoU not submitted by L1 bidder within 5 week of acceptance. On occassion to this Performance Security @ 5% shall be forfeited by Department and work may be get executed under other means. Any Condonation of delay will be adjudicated by the Accepting Officer only. No extension will be granted on the part of OEM causing delay in signing the MoU with L1 bidder.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core, laying on wall/floor/roof/duct complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of 3 Pole MCCB 125 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V fixed type with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of Supply and fix RCCB of 4 pole , 63 Amp rating with sensitivity of 30 mA suitable for 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 62,520.00
