M&L for collecting the waste water/effluent sample Quarterly from STP before and after treatment, sample handling, transporting to NABL accredited lab approved by authorities, carry out the analysis of the following by latest IS method, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) BOD (Bio chemical Oxygen Demand) (ii) COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) (iii) TSS(Total Suspended Solids) (iv) Total dissolved solids (TDS) (v) Turbidity (vi) PH

M&L for disconnecting the electrical connection and pipe line connection from existing position and lifting submersible sewage pumpset of capacity 5 HP from sewage well /sewage sump using chain pully for repairing / winding of motor /cleaning the blockages of pump set and lowering errecting the pump set in its position, reconnecting the electrical connection/ pipe line and trial running for ensuring functionality, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Repair/cleaning/winding will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for dismantling of nonclog submersible sewage pump set and replacement of wornout deep groove ball bearing 2 Nos., impeller, mechanical seal 2 Nos., shaft protection sleeve, gaskets and O-ring and topping of lubricaton oil level including assembling the pump coupling and motor with correct alignment and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling 3 phase electric motor of non clog submersible sewage pump set and removing burnt out winding wire from stator slots, cleaning, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation, varnishing and heating and re-assembling the same and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of submersible sewage pumpset and removing the blockages inside of pump and cleaning of impeller and delivery mouth / line etc and assembling the same and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventor 415Volts 50Hz including taking down the existing one, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting of electrical connection and dismantling of 2-3 HP induction motor from secondary clarifier mechanism, removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation replacement of front and rear bearing, shaft protection sleeves,'O' rings, gasket, mechanical seal and impeller including assembling and reconnecting of electrical connection the same as existing and testing complete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in replacement of flat submersible 1100 Volts grade, 3 core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 6 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the Raw sewage RCC sump of size 7.15M x 3.5M x 5.5M once during the contract period, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning includes . a) Dewatering the sump with portable submersible pump b) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump c) Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner d) Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent, to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.

M&L for cleaning the Raw sewage RCC sump of size 5.15M x 5.15M x 5M once during the contract period, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning includes . a) Dewatering the sump with portable submersible pump b) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump c) Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner d) Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent, to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.
