Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item above but except bricks. Note: Brick obtained from Serial item No. 01

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm grade aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block & hold fasts etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on plastered/brick surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces priming plastered and other surface with alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in path and paving laid in panels finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L sand screed bed for interlocking tiles including well rammed and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repairs machine pressed precast pre polished concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS15658-2006 of 100mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Chequered cement pre polished concrete tiles 400x400x25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tile including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceed 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pita, man holes etc not exceed 10 Sqm on plan and not exceed 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials exc. 250m but n exc. 1.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work inclduing doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar Exc one brick but not exc two bricks inserting holdfast and making good dismantling portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings complete (E-165 GDE Fe- 290) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Discrption all as per item No 23 herein above but erection fixing only.

M&L roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastnings and heavy bracket framing (beam, Tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance cleats etc complete (E-250 GDE Fe- 410) and conforming to IS 2062-2006 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in Repairs Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, conforming to IS-278-2001 and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwes as specified including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length & thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6 mm thick including necessary round flat iron 5 mm thick at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
