M&L DI pipe of 100 mm bore with flange socket /spigot and socket end rubber gas cate joint(titon) centrifugally cast class k-7 conforming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as directed including taking down old unseviceable pipe. Cost of joint included in the qoted rate.

Supply and fixing in repair sluice valve of size 100 mm (conforming to IS-14846-2000) long type CI body, gland thrust plate, hand wheel of grey cast iron, spindle of high tensile brass, nut body seal ring and wedge facing ring head, bronze bolt nut of high carbon steel, gasket of compressed fiber gland packing of jute having flanged & drilled type nominal pressure rating , PN 1.6 including jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc all as specified & as directed .

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs including dismantalling of old broken valve pit chamber all as specified.

M&L DI bend any type, radius and angles, tappers and type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc. Tee pipes single branch Y junction, double branch cross (all socket, socket and Spigot or flanged ends) collors, caps and plugs for the Pipes socket and Spigot. All socket and flanged upto bore of 150 mm complete all as specified

Supply and fixing Factory in repair fabricated Activated carbon filter (ACF)(as per IS:2825) shell 6mm and dish end 8 mm thick natural rubber lining fabrication standard multigrade filter complete in all respect,with dished end,supporting legs,manhole cover,frontal pipe work fitting with valves.ACF shall be provided with inlet,outlet pressure guage,sample cocks,charge of approved quality activated carbon media,provision bachwash and recharging of activated carbon etc complete. cylinderical shape mild steel construction, Dia of vessel 2300x 2000 ,Operating Pressure upto 6 kg/sqcm,capacity 10000 GPH. - 01 No NOTE:- Rate quoted for Job shall be inclusive of cost for necessary civil work, PCC foundation, proper drainage work for complete plant and as required and directed at site.
