Servicing the SS Hydrant Valves by disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling, checking the operation of rotating spindle, replacing rubber 'O' ring of valve seating, replacing rubber gasket of 80mm dia OD x 65mm dia ID, replacing the 5/8" x 21/2 bolt, nut, washers, reconnecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Servicing the First Aid Hose Reel Drum assembly by disconnecting from hydrant line, replacing shut off nozzle, warm clip, lubricating the rotating assembly, reconnecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply of fire fighting Application MS Hose Box to keep two number of hoses and 1 No. of branch pipe with nozzle having proper glass window type double door with universe open key, painted inside white and outside Post Office Red. Near every hydrant point including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply, and fixing in position of fire fighting Application Hose of 63mm dia of 15 metres length binded by copper wire with 63mm dia stainless steel male and female instantaneous fire fighting special coupling as per IS 901 as directed by the Departmental Officers. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply and fixing of fire fighting application oblique type stainless steel Hydrant Valve of size 63mm dia with oblique type instantaneous coupling with rotating wheel to open and close the valve including MS flange of table “E”, bolts & nuts with washer as per IS 5290 at ring main around the building and wet riser inside the building including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Servicing, testing, and commissioning of 180 LPM 70 metres head pressurization pump with 10 HP electrical motor and its accessories for attending repairs like coil rewinding, greezing, renewing gland pipes, ball bearing, servicing of pump shafts, impeller, coupled bolt nuts, electrical connections and all other related works as per standard specifications and as per direction of departmental officers.

Servicing, Testing, commissioning of Diesel engine Combined Fire Fighting control panel, services include cable re-work and refixing of same including all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and laying of following sizes of Armoured Aluminium / Copper Cables for electrical motor, control panel, pressure switch, jockey motor etc., all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Towards the supply of following manpowers for operating and day to day maintenance of fire fighting motor, fire hydrant attenting for emergency of fire alarm and control valve, checking for pressure, servicing of fire hose, fire gun, fire wheel, cleaning of fire hydrant box, attending the fire motor, starter and EB panel board complaint and arresting leakages in the fire main and sub main pipe lines and day to day testing of diesel engine etc., Maintenance of day to day maintenance log books, to give the training for hospital workers for operating the fire equipments etc. They all necessity of all these works should be attended immediately when reported by occupying department and to carry out any other work as directed by the departmental officers.
