RequiredLatest Annual Turnover Report certified by CA (on letter head containing full details of CA i.e. address, UDIN number, cell no. etc.,) for the period of last (10) Financial years i.e. from 2015-16 to 2024-25. The same may check online for verification of UDIN. The highest value during last 10 financial years will be considered for evaluation of bid capacity.
RequiredThe Agency should have at least 2 Nos of Tippers Owned / Leased Vehicles (Lease agreement must be on or after tender notice for the tender floated work for 1 year contract period). All vehicles should have year of the manufacture on or after 2016.
RequiredThe Tenderer should submit copy of R.C. Book.
RequiredThe tenderer should have valid Labour License from labour department.
RequiredSociety Registration in case of the bidder belongs to any labour society.
RequiredTenderer should furnish declaration that they have not been blacklisted in any department in T.S. Any wrong declaration in this regard which comes to notice later date will disqualify them and the tenders so received will be rejected.
RequiredThe expenditure of vehicle repairs, maintenance, oil & fuel, wages of Drivers and cleaners and other incidental charges should bear by the contractor only. The work shall not be stopped if vehicle gets repaired and immediate replacement shall be done without hampering the work.
RequiredThe contractor is fully held responsible for the accidental/incidental damages tothe movable and immovable properties occurred by their vehicles.
RequiredThe agency shall ensure that the drivers should have valid transport vehicle Driving licence.
