Demolishing cement concrete in 1:3:6 or richer mix (i.e.equivalent design mix) manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material , all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-incharge:

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional areas of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead : Of sectional area below 40 sqcm.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material incl. all leads and lifts For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials into municipal dumps within 50 m lead as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge: Rectangular manhole 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep
