Out sourcing of services for operation of central/package type AC plants for maintaining the specified temp and humidity by operating the AC plants & its control, electric panel, condenser & chiller pump set's, cooling tower, AHUs, humudifire & dehumidifire, heater bank's, control sluice /butterfly valves etc including taking and recording roomwise temp, humudity in log sheet hourly, keeping the plant in presentable condition by daily cleaning of machinery, panels, inside and outside area of Plant room, cleaning of cooling tower & Filter of AHU's forthnightly etc by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic per shift (8 hrs shift) for the following AC plants in two shift per day including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge:- First Shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs Second Shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

(i) Central water cooled chiller AC plants of capacity 85 TR (1x 85 TR Running and 1 x 85TR standby), 3x condenser pump set,3x choller pump sets. 1x Cooling tower, 1x AHU etc at SSC , (ii) Central AC Plants DX type of capacity 26TR ( 2x13 TR Running & 1 x 13 TR standby), 3x condenser pump set, 1x Cooling Tower, 1x AHU etc at KTS-4 (iii) central package Air cooled type AC plant of cap 34TR ( 2x17 TR Running & 1x17 TR standby), etc at P-744

(i) Centra AC plants chilled water cooled type of capacity 30 TR (2x15 TR Running & 1x15 TR standby), 3x condenser pump set, 3x chiller pump sets, 1x Cooling tower, 2x AHus etc at `O` LEVEL Facilities and (ii) Package AC plant Air cooled type of capacity 2x5.5 TR etc, at T-2 bldg

(i) Out sourcing of services for operation of central/package type AC plants for maintaining the specified temp and humidity by operating the AC plants & its control, electric panel, condenser & chiller pump set's, cooling tower, AHUs, humudifire & dehumidifire, heater bank's, control sluice /butterfly valves etc including taking and recording roomwise temp, humudity in log sheet hourly, keeping the plant in presentable condition by daily cleaning of machinery, panels, inside and outside area of Plant room, cleaning of cooling tower & Filter of AHU's forthnightly etc & (ii) DG sets: alogwith control panel, Electric Panel including maintining daily log sheet, carry our daily, weekly & monthly maintenance etc by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic having experience for operating DG set & its control panel etc, per shift (8 hrs shift).complete all as specified by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic having DG set operation experiance per shift (8 hrs shift) for the following AC plants & DG sets round the clock in three shift per day including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge:- First Shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs Second Shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs Third Shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

(i) Central AC plant chiller water cooled type s of capacity 48TR (2x24 TR Running & 1x24 TR standby), 3x condenser pump set, 3x chiller pump set, 1x Cooling tower, 3x AHU etc at PTT Bldg & (ii) Central AC plant chiller water cooled type of capacity 72 TR (2x36 TR Running & 1x36 TR Standby), 3x condenser pump set, 3x chiller pump set, 1x Cooling tower , 3x AHUs etc at Simulator bldg. (iii) DG set 350 KVA alogwith its control electrical panel

Central AC plant chiller Air cooled type of capacity 150 TR (2x75 TR Running & 1x75 TR standby) 2x chiller pump sets, 2x Hot water generator pump sets, 1x Hot water generator, 3x AHU's at separate DB with humudifire pump sets at akash 2402 SQN

Note :- For Srl item No 1.00 to 2.02 (i) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance. (ii) The Operator shall must be ITI qualified in Refrigeration or shall be 10th class pass with minimum 05 years experience in operation of central AC plants along with DG set operation. (iii) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all operators shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor against each shift/item shall be made. (iv) All necessary T&P including uniform shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost. The rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates of the items. (v) The contractor shall provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book ,attendance register etc to the operator for maintenance the plant running record. (vi) All operator shall wear proper uniform on duty. (vii) Contractor have to submit the payment proof in AADHAR linked Accouts of operators account at the time of submission of RAR. (viii) Contractor shall provide Notice Board of each installation with in 15 days from the date of commencement of contract. (ix) Area cleaning including cutting of grasses etc up to 3 meters from the plinth protection all around plant room and cooling tower (x) Contractor shall submit the monthly duty roster of each installation before 03 days of respective month. (xi) Suitable reliever to be provided during off shift operator as per the labour law. (xii) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within the stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable. (xiii) The minimum wages are revised every six months, therefore the rates quoted shall be applicable as on bid submission end date and the bidder shall undertake to pay only as per minimum wages revised from time to time in future during the contract period and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account.
