Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring on stone / brick masonry wall complete with two 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH ,1100 volts grade unsheathed cable confirming to IS-694, 1977 with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories not less than 20 mm dia concealed in walls and fixed with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc., and including provision of one 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, 60mm deep, concealed in walls, duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with bakelite hylam sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and as directed for (a) one light point controlled by one switch.

The plate shall be buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to earth lead as described here-in-before by means of bolts, nuts, washers and checknuts made out of galvanised iron or mild steel, earthing lead protected by as described here-in-before and connected to main switch board or main control board or electric pole all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch Part-I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 chamber, reinforced cement concrete cover slab with locking arrangement and handle of 10mm dia MS round bars 450mm long, 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm centre to centre both ways, GI pipe of bore 20mm medium grade for watering with funnel, wiremesh, salt, charcoal, lugs including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
