Taking down of exhaust fan upto 450/300mm sweep, opening, replacement of unserviceable accessories, servicing, oiling, greasing, complete overhauling of fan and re-assembling and testing complete for efficient functioning after fixing / hanging in position from ceiling rose to fan, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : gun metal bush, bearing will be measured and paid under relavant item here-in-after).

Supply only gun metal bush of sizes suitable for exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing No 6203 suitable for fan of existing make type & sweep, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- NBC/SKF/TATA

Checking of exhaust fan (of any sweep) by replacing unserviceable capacitor/ tightening the loose connections if any including testing, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Capacitor of required capacity will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

M & L for painting of exhaust fan carefully with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of exhaust fan from one place to another including making hole at new place and filling of hole at old place including all necessary electric connection, brick work, plastering and 2 coat of painting of size 150, 200, 250 and 300mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.
