( 4.10.1.1) Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m

( 21.1.7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

( 21.1.2) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

( 29.6.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

( 10.5.2) Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour.On steel surface

( 23.1.2) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

( 31.5) Supply & installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in ncharge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

( 25.1.2) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

( 9.5.1) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound,finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. ( 32.3.2) Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

( 37.1.1.1) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion.Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

( 37.2.2) Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

( 37.3.1) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

( 37.4.1) Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.With stainless steel cover plate

( 37.18) S&f fixed wire gauge of stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the aluminium window by Aluminium beading 20x3mm with suitable screws at not exceeding 150mm distance at all heights with all lead and lift with scaffolding.
