REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, AND GATE LIGHTS AT SITE A1 OF NAVAL BASE AREA KARWAR

M&L for rectifying the defects in domestic fluorescent tube/LED light fittings any type and at any height, ceiling rose, electric bell by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 meter, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for surface point wiring with one light/ fan point controlled by one switch1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including PVC casing & caping medium grade with all accessories in wall/ceiling /floor/roof etc, sunk pressed steel or cast iron terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.4 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches.

All as per Item No.4 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

All as per Item No.4 above but one bell point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables of 1.5 Sqmm size.

All as per item No.8 above but with cables 4 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board
