Supply , installation , commissioning and testing of high galvanized mast in two sections of height 20 m suitable for with raising lowering system comprising head frame luminaries carriage suitable to install light for 12 No's luminaries symmetrically fitted along with their control gear including wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height. High mast shall be installed / fixed as per manufacturer specifications / drawing & Contractor shall submit the manufacturer drawing to the office of Engineer in charge for their approval before commencement of installation of high mast. Note :- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the following:- (a) Necessary cost of earth work , concrete work ,foundation bolts , nuts anchor plate and common templets etc as per manufacturer drawings . M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part - 1, connected to earthing test point and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 cover slab, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

Sub main wiring with 2 single core,6 Sqmm, PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded FR LSH copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 1 x 6.0 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dolly complete including taking down old sub main wiring all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of 06 sqmm wire, one run of 6 Sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit run.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure, SPN, with two pin and earth metal plug and socket, 20 Amps, 240 Volts, including one MCB SP 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
