M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size (600x300)mm x7mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces on ceilings including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The work shall be carried out upto four storey building. Necessay scafolding upto four storey bldg shall be deemed to be included in unit rates.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages:- Stage 1: Cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, mass, dust etc by brushing and dusting, sprinkle water on surface, surface shall be levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing admixture WPC @3% by weight of as per manufacturer's insturctions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fibre glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 15mm thick protective plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :- (i) Mode of measurement shall be actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls).
