Preparation and submission of detailed structural design and drawings for RCC members, carrying out detailed soil investigation of site, submission of report in the prescribe format. The contractor shall get approved the structural consultant from EIC before proceeding with the consultancy. The consultant must have rendered similar structural consultancy works directly to Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU / Reputed firms (in case of experience with Private Firms, TDS certificate from the client shall be enclosed). The structural drawings and designs as submitted by the consultant shall have to be got vetted / approved from any Govt. Engg College/IIT's/NITs by agency and the fee for the same shall be paid directly by Agency. The contractor shall get approved the Govt. Major Engineering decision and specification shall be reviewed by AAI to the extent desired. Approval of any design/system by the Govt. Engg College//IITs/NIT, AAI shall, however, not relieve the consultant & contractor in discharging his responsibilities regarding the adequacy of design and proper execution of the work. The contractor shall be fully responsible for adequacy, accuracy and quality of the entire services performed by him shall be in accordance with the accepted standards of safety, environment and public health. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the structural design and safety of the structure. The contractor shall ensure timely hiring of consultant, preparation of structural drawings and design, submitting it to the approved Govt. Engg College//IITs/NIT and obtaining vetting from it in such a way that the whole work is completed within overall time schedule of the work.
Submission of Architectural drawings of building to MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi), lisioning with it for submission of further documents, other requirements of MCD and arranging approvals of drawings from MCD. Obtaining of completion certificate of the building from MCD after completion of work i/c completing all formalities, submission of required documents to facilitate issue of completion certificate. Lisioning with other government organisation/saturatory bodies, completing all the formalities and obtaining all approvals required for completion and occupation of the building.
