Job contract for Operation of 200KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant along with all its related equipments and accessories etc. installed at NITB, Madurai Airport as per the list attached in the Annexure -A on round the clock basis on all the days including Sundays and public holidays complete as required as per the conditions of contract. Job includes carrying out day to day preventive and breakdown maintenance, Supply of required chemicals, consumables, etc, carrying out the quarterly testing of treated water from NABL accredited lab to meet the requirements as per the environmental consent as per design data etc. complete as required. Cleaning of STP tanks with suitable means including removal & disposal of sludge, water etc as required. (Cleaning & disposal of sludge of capacity 5000 litres is considered as one job)

Servicing & overhauling of PP plate CI base frame filter press including replacement of filter cloth and other necessary associated accessories to make the filter press completely functional as per TNPCB requirements. Cloth Size:500 x 500

Servicing and overhauling of Twin lobe positive displacement type, rotary air blowers with V-belt drive, belt guard, base plate, inlet filter-silencer, flexible connectors, control valves, pressure gauge and piping etc. including supply of necessary spares as per site requirement to make the blower function according to manufacturer’s recommendation.

Supply & laying of 2.5 inch MS pipe (Class C) on wall surface/above ground with MS supports/clamps/laying 50cm below ground along with supply of suitable accessories like bend, elbow, tee, nipple, brass ball valve, coupling etc. for interconnecting the pipe lines at existing 200KLD STP etc. as required.

Servicing, overhauling of horizontal, helical progressive cavity pump for the disposal of sludge from over head tank to feed the filter press with positive suction. The pump is with Cl casing, SS shaft & sleeve with shaft seal connected by a V-belt drive to TEFC induction motor suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The job includes repairing of shaft, replacing bearing, seals, coupling and other associted accessories etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirement. Solid handling shall be 20-50mm. Capacity 1 m³/hr

Servicing & overhauling of parallel plate separator of 864 mm(L) X 58 mm (W) X 1mm (thickness) size to match with the exisitng parallel plate separator plates in the existing parallel plate separator tank to increase the effective settling area of sedimentation basis etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirement.

Servicing & overhauling of horizontal self priming centrifugal pump to transfer the treated water. The pump is made of heavy duty graded cast iron casing, cast iron impeller, carbon steel shaft, gland packed seal etc and is connected to TEFC induction motor, 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply, the job includes servicing of existing cast iron impeller, shaft, bearing, coupling, mounting base frame and other associted accessories etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirements.
