Deep Drilling, Development and Stabilization of 200 mm dia mini Tube well (on EPC Mode) By ODEX Method for Fire Fighting System at Associated Hospital GMC Kathua in District Kathua of Jammu Province under UT District Capex Budget 2022-23
Setting up of drilling site by way of shifting of requisite machinery and other allied material after making proper approaches as per the requirement at site.
Boring/ drilling of 200 mm dia. bore well 100M BGL or till sufficient aquifer Zone/discharge is encountered by using ODEX Method of drilling and simultaneously driving of 200 mm dia. ERW Casing Pipe after providing and fixing of MS Casing Drive Shoe and providing/fixing of casing drive shoe with Ist. 200 mm dia. ERW M.S. Casing Pipe. Complete as per IS:2800 (Part-I)including collecting of samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log including hire and running charges of all equipment, tools, plants and machinery required for the job. (ERW MS Casing Pipe shall be paid separately).
Supplying, assembly (including welding)n, lowering and fixing in vertical position in the bore well. ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 Mild Steel Bevelled ended 200 mm dia. Casing Pipes conforming to IS: 4270 of reputed and approved make including painted with outside surface with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture including required hire and labour charges, fitting and accessories, all complete for all depths. The cost includes transportation, loading, unloading and stacking/handling at site. Complete Job.
Development of Tube Well in accordance with IS:2800 (Part-I) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor for required time till the Tube Well is fully developed measuring yield of well by “V” Notch method or any other approved method, measuring static water level & draw down etc. By step draw down method, collecting water sample and testing from approved laboratory including disinfection of Tube Well . Complete including required hire and labour charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc.
