DOLAMANDAPA Removal of Old cement plaster from wall including racking out joints etc all complete.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Priming one coat with water bound wall cement primer with cost, conveyance, all materials, cost of all labour,labourcess, all T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

BOUNDARY WALL Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard muroom,stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and tools & plants and dewatering if required for the work etc.complete asper the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors with 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of all machineries required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Fly ash Brick masonary in Foundation & Plinth in C.M. (1:6) including all cost etc. complete.

R.C.C work of M-20 grade using 20mm and down sizegraded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including mixing, hoisting, lowering,laying, compacting concrete in layers of specific thickness conforming to technical terms &condition of M-20 grade concrete including cetering, shuttering, and finished the exposed surface smooth providing beads where necessary including watering,curing with all cost, conveyeance, royality, taxes of all materials,all labour charges tool&plant articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Column Base
