TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT ZONE II AREA UNDER GE MCEME SECUNDERABAD

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule aceeptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert rates percentage at the 'F' column of this BOQ Excel sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR 2020 Part-II rates. (iii) Amount insered by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term contract , work is priced at rates given in SSR 2020 Part II rates and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. (iv) The percentage quoted by the bidder up to two decimal points shall be considered for acceptance of tender irrespective of amount arrived. (v) The estimated amount inserted as above will only be considered for the amount of this contract. (vi) The Supplementary items & rates(Non-SSR Items) as atteched in tender documents to be considered & the Quoted excess (+) or Less (-) percentage will not be applicable as per Supplementary Rates.
