B/R SCHEDULE

M&L 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) as in backing of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in backing of wall tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

S&F Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.28mm / 101.60X44.45X1.29 mm min thickness for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm min thickness for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm min thickness for top rails and bottom rails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium casement windows (with provision for cooler) with 50 micron powder coating doubled panelled and double shutters consisting of frame and mullion of 101.60X44.45X1.29 mm min thickness and shutters made of 63.5X31.75X1.29mm min thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium in 3 Tier Track Sliding Windows/glazing, with frame of section 100x44-45x1.30mm min thickness, track of size 100x38.10x1.30 & shutters made of size 32x18x1.3mm min thickness, with built in locking system for each leaf complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) P trap white/ivory including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe CP 32mm dia and incl. plastic seat cover as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc; and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including supply and fix of Cast Iron long arm P trap so that joint is avoided inside the building as well as in wall and outlet straight away come out of wall in all floors except G.F complete all as specified and directed.
