(1:3:6) in foundation using 4 cm size CBHG metal of quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering, curing etc lincluding cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, with cost of all labours, sundries and T & P such as concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc, complete as per specificationand direction of EIC

C.C. work of M25 grade with 20 mm down graded chips (C.B.) including hoisting & laying etc. complete. As per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

supplying fitting and fixing of vertrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm(plain) of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 Course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost , conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour etc. complete.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in founadtion & plinth having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

12mm thick C:P (1:4) over brick work etc complete.

Cement washing one coat over plastered surface Etc Complete.
