Supply & fill Transformer Oil in transformer in situ/ at site/ OCB/FRMUs/Voltage Stablizer etc at various locations, for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 of make POWER/INSOLE/UNIVERSAL (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container and empty barrel of transformer oil will be contractor property). Supply, lay, test, joint and commission in replacement XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size cross sectional area 95 sqmm x 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (11 KV earthed system); laid in trenches/under floor/through ducts, on Hill / fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed. Location:- Utarlai. Note : Excavation & Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

M&L for taking out defective from trenches/under floor/through ducts or on pole { UndergroundCable (XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size cross sectional area 70 to 120 sqmm x 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (11 KV earthed system) } including taking out stone patti and cleaning and rectifying defects/faults and relaying the cable on same route and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Location:- Utarlai. Note : Excavation & Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

Supply and lay in replacement 100mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipes in treanches for road/ path and fixing alongwith pole/wall for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

Supply and lay in replacement 80mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipes in treanches for road/ path and fixing alongwith pole/wall for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Location: Chauhtan.

S&F in replacement HT Cable Route Indicator of cast iron of suitable size along with HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, water/sewer pipe line, electric cable line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out ,including taking out defective cable, sand cushion and protection cover and stacking serviceable materials for reuse and removing unserviceable from complete all as specified and directed. Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cmcomplete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

M&L for providing dry tibba sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as speciied. Location: Utarlai. (Note :- 18 cm Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid).

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm wide and 30 to 40 cm in length laid dry abutting each other or under ground protection complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

Lay in repairs Old Stone Patti complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

M&L for boring holes under road, pavement hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique & necessary machine complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

M&L for locating fault in underground HT cable by using fault detector machine including transportation and by carying out high pressure test complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

S&F Earth Continuity Conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/on suitable insulators, on batten or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole on any other indicated situation of size 32x6 mm galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

Supply and spread stone metal graded aggregate of size 40mm grading at transformer yard of all Sub stations including surface dressing complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai. (Note: Contractor will level the uneven surface before spreading aggregate)

Surface Dressing / Cleaning of Surrounding Area of Two Pole / four Pole Structure including removing of tree brances, small trees plants bushes etc complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

S&F in replacement Tripping Coil 24/110 Volts DC supply complete as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed. Location: Chauhtan

S&F Rubber Boot for indoor terminal protection of 11 KV cable complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

M&L for preparation of old existing concrete surfaces and painting of existing PCC pole upto 150 cm height from ground level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in yellow and black colour code in 30 cm width for LT and HT pole including writing pole number complete all as specified and directed. Location: Utarlai.

S&F in replacement Gang Operated switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulatotr and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. Location: Chauhtan

S&F in replacement Pin type Insulator, Porcelain, vitreous 150mm height and 150mm dia white, brown or green colour, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , Frequency 50 Hz Surface Finish Polished Working Voltage 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.Location: Chauhtan

S&F in replacement Disc type Insulator, Porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white,brown or green colour, two-in series asembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.Location: Chauhtan

Note:- Contractor shall qoute unit rate for Air Force Station Utarlai and Chauhtan hill (foot and top) against the respective items of BOQ considering location after visiting site and acquitaining knowledge about site conditions. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained later on.
