Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity Hot Mix Plant Using crushed aggregates of specified grading batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the Hot Mix to work site, Laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher withe sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 B complete in all respects Excluding GST.

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC: SP:53, Sprayed @ 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 517 (ii) complete in all respectsExcluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface. Cleaned with Mechanical Broom as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 503 (i) complete in all respects Excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Higher Capicity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification as per clause No. 507 B complete in all respects Excluding GST.

Renewing patries 1.5 metere wide including dressing surface filling upto 8cm (3") depth and making namunas, at every 15 metre apart on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes of 1:2 etc. trenches for taking the earth to be so dug that they form a continuous side drain at road boundary. as per SOR S.I.No 764 A complete in all respects Excluding GST.

Construction of Patri on both side of the road with Carted Earth Cartage of Earth 5.00 Km with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per SOR SI No 253 & 261 (C). complete in all respects Excluding GST.
