Identifying and rectifying the minor defect/ complaints of any type and nature such as rectification of faulty electric circuit, tightening of loose wiring & connection pertaining to all type of Air Conditioners/ Refrigerators/ Deep freezer/ Aqua guards water purifier (RO system) /Water Coolers/ Desert Cooler of any type and any capacity incl servicing complete all as directed

Srl Item No 1.00 Note :- (a) All T & P and labour team required to attend the complaint comprising of adequate trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will remain present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs daily, the time of lodging the complaint. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws, clamps, insulation tapes, nuts/ bolts, nails of required size etc shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring is required shall be measured under relevent item of this schedule.

S&F in repair sealed compressor unit for any make and any type of Air Conditioner, window/Split type, 1.5 ton capacity, by cutting of suction and discharge lines, unscrewing the foundation nuts & bolts etc, and fixing of new sealed compressor unit by connecting suction and discharge lines with gas welding/ brazing work including checking the leakeage in the system and tightening foundation nuts & bolts etc complete all as directed. Make : Tecumesh/ Kirloskar with relay box. Note : Gas charging will be measured and paid for separately in respective item of this schedule.
