Erection of Stand 'H' type two layer Structure made of MS angle as described below Whole sturecture of throught Length of 150 meter. Two legs of H type structure length having 2130 mm height out of which 300 mm below GL with Foundation.Width of 500 mm . Structure made of 75mm X 75mm x 6mm MS "L" angle. Minimum gap of Leg support throughtout the length is 2 meter. Two Nos Horizontal side Layers (One noumber on Top another on middle) throughtout the side length to be fixed on sides main structure made of 50mm X 50mm x 6mm MS "L" angle throughout the layer (150Meter of two parallal path).

Two Nos Horizontal layers (One noumber on Top another on middle) to be rest on main sturcture throughtout the length made of 50mm X 50mm x 6mm MS "L" angle throughout the layer.Minimum gap of two consequtive angles is 1 meter. D type MS Clamp for Holding differenet size LT cables on both Horizontal Layers Cost including all necessary fabrication & its accessories work.

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support (i) With out angle iron support 150x50x1.25mm (18SWG)

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint a) 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming [H-2/ 7(a)]

b) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat [H-2/ 7(b)]

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. a) Up to 50 sqmm [F-3/ 6(i)]

b) From 70sqmm to 150sqmm [F-3/ 6(ii)]

c) Above 150 sqmm [F-3/ 6(iii)]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below: (a) For 2 core 10 sqmm [F-4/ 7(a)]

(b) For 4 core 35 sqmm [F-4/ 7(c)]

c) For 4 core 70 sqmm [F-4/ 7(c)]

d) For 4 core 150 sqmm [F-4/ 7(c)]

e) For 4 core 240 sqmm [F-4/ 7(c)]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : (a) For 2 core 10 sqmm [F-5/ 8(b, iii)]

(b) For 4/ 3.5 core 35 sqmm [F-5/ 8(b, xv)]

c) For 4/ 3.5 core 70 sqmm [F-5/ 8(b, xvii)]

d) For 4/ 3.5 core 150 sqmm [F-5/ 8(b, xvii)]

e) For 4/ 3.5 core 240 sqmm [F-5/ 8(b, iii)]

Re-moving the different sizes al armoured XLPE/PVC cable from the angle carefully. [NS]

Erection of Stand Structure of length 5ft with sole plates etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 300x300x100 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 1.5ft dia and 1ft mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish. [NS]

Re-moving the different sizes al armoured XLPE/PVC cable from the SFUs at LT Panel at Sub-Station and refixing the same as before at LT Panel at Sub-Station. [NS]

Charges for site cleaning with the help of labour and removing rhe rubbish before the project start and during the ongoing project and after the completion of project. [NS]

Cutting the brick wall and mending the same with fine sand, cement with the help of brick and finish the wall as previous. [NS]
