Supplying,Installation,Testing and commissioning of 125 KVA/ 100KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V, 50 Hz, Silent D.G. Set confirm to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CFCB-II norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE:-ECO, FRIENDLY 100 KVA:Make:Qummins/Kirlosker or equvlent as approoved by the Engg in Charge.

CUMMINS/Kirlosker make DSP series engine model 6 BTAA5.9- G-13, 6 cylinders, inline 4 stroke cycle, radiator cooled engine , developing 150 BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS'1554: 1982. the engine shall be provided with Electrical starting arrangement & shall give the Electrical output of 125KVA/100KW att 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminals complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The Engine shall be mounted on side mounting type base frame fabrication from suitable M.S. channel suitable machined to ensure prefect dignment of the engine and alternator with rigid construction and necessary reinforcement on plinth size(15'x12'x6") with 1:2:4 cement concrete to ensure minimum vibrations. The engine shall comprise of following accessories:-

ALTERNATOR:- Kirloskar/Stamford UC-27 or its equivalent make single alternator 125KVA 1500RPM 415 volts 0.8 power factor (Leg) suitable for 50 HZ 3-Phase system . The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure self excited, self regulated, fott mounted with hall and/ or sealed bearings for loger life . The alternator confirms to IS/IEC60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical condition.

CONTROL PANNEL

i) FUEL TANK:- Fuel tank of 14 SWG M.S. sheet of adequate capacity suitable for 8hours of Operation priovided with breather and drawn plug. ii) BATTERY:- 1No 12 volts 120/150 Ah Exide battery for electrical starting of D.G. Set, low maintenance free to IS :14257 for high crankingg performance iii)AMF Panel complete in all respect. iv) A.V.M. PADS :- Suitable No. to AVM Pads. The Engine shall comprise cost of all accessories required for silent generating set and having following safeties. i) High Motor Temperature. ii) Low Lub. Oil presure. iii) Emergency stop push button out side the enclosure.

SOUND ALTERNATOR SYSTEM:- The Sound Attenuated DG Sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts confirming to intrnational standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 metres in open environment. The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material i.e Rock Wool (75-100mm thick having 48-96kg/m3 density).

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specialy designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.

Complete rate of DG Set including, Price olf DG set, Price of AMF Panels, Installation charges including foundation, and cable connections etc. complete in all respect.

Providing, laying and fixing of PVC round sheathed 4 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 volt , as required complete in all respect. Make :-KEI/Havell Polycab.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with the accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.i) 32mm

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size.Make:-KEI,Havells,Polycab.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-Make:-KEI,Havells,Polycab.

Supplying and erection of wall mounted metal boards for switch gear mounting of suitable size, with permissible variation in size of plus minus 5mm, welded frame work made of M.S. angle iron 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm thick duly welded complete with 2.80mm thick M.S. sheet fixed with hinges as open able front, complete with locking arrangement including painting and bonding to the existing earth as required:-

Providing and fixing 315 AMP , four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit with enclosure , front handle operation, including drilling holes in the cubical, making connections, etc. as required.Make:-L&T (CODE:-CO33150OSOO),Legrand,Hagger , or its equivalent as approved by Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying and fixing earthing system as per COPPER PIPE 3 meter long and copper strip 3 meter long size 25x3 mm internal strip size and terminal size 50 x6mm with 50 Kg compound including exvation of pit and refiling the same and making earth chamber 320 mm x320 mm x196 mm chamber with cover as required complete in all respect. make :-True power ,Earth plus ,Ashloka or its equivalent as per best satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.

Supplying and filling of diesel in the fuel tank of 125 KVA DG Set as required complete in all respect
