Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10), type -E2 . using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floors filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic , VOC complaint ) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacturer specification as in waterproofing treatment to sunken slab and as directed by GE /Engr -in Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate 30 mm average thickness as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for Cutting V grooves 15mm x 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling / making good with two component polyester based resin repair compounds for crack filling of concrete as per directions of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application including bituminous primer confirming ot IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm and applying aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm including taking down old APP membrane complete all as specified and directed consisting of four course roof treatment as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/Sqm.

Material and labour for PU based water proofing treatment, the following procedures should be adopted :- (a) Mechanical cleaning of surface(Roof) to make it free from any bituminous surface residue / dirt , oil and greese et all as specified and as directed by GE/ Engr-In - charge. (b) Cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt /loose materials etc and filling with Polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE / Engr-in-charge. (c) Applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component , cold applied , non toxic , VOC component ) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50 % or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacture specification including a layer of Geo textile grid of minimum 40 GSM sandwiched in between two PU layers as per manufacturere's specifications complete as directed by GE/ Engr-In-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces for wall tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick as in dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour of tiles with joint free over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for attending Day to Day complaints of urgent repair works to internal water supply / sanitary fittings such as, blockage of water pipe lines, attending leakages of water supply pipe lines, fixing of float valve in repairs, clearing the Air lock / less pressure of water in vertical GI/PVC lines of buildings, replacement of washers including supply of washers in all types of taps /fittings and any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. NOTE:- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer in charge. (ii) The services provided under this item with necessary technicians(at least one plumber) during the period 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs with 1 hour lunch break on each day shall be meausred as One Job for payment purpose. (iii) The rate quoted under this item shall include provision of technicians as directed above with all necessary tools and plants along with spares such as PVC washers, screws, clamps, nuts and bolts as required at site. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be supplied under relevent items of this BoQ. (v) In case if services are not attended in any particular day / time penal recovery @ double the quoted rate will be effected from the contractor for that day. Removing of demolished / excavated materials to a distance exc. 1.5 KM, but n.exc. 5.0KM and depositing out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
