Supply and fixed Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs ,or mud stops round or chamfered on edges complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing openable window manufactured from rolled formed sections made of galvanized steel ,colour coated/powder coated (base steel as per IS 513 D quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/Sqm), with separate shutters for glass(out side opening) & fly proofing (inside opening ) and MS guard bars in between. The section for the window outer frame (and mullion if required) should be of 72mm X50mm. The Section for glass shutter should be 47mmX20mm, and glass shall be fixed with EDPM gasket all round the glass. The Section for fly proofing should be 40mm X20mm. Thre Section for glazed shutter and fly proofing shutter sholud be cut to length and miter joined with polypropoline corner brackets, mullion joined with frame using nylon cap. Spoon profile should be used around the fly mesh to fix mesh in the mesh shutter.Fly proof mesh shall be of 304 grade stainless steel with 32 gauge steel wire having 144 holes in one suare inch.Glass shall be 5mm thick plain sheet glass. Guard bars should be provided with 10mm square bars at 100mm centre to centre and welded to Flat iron frame of 12X6mm thick and powder coated and fixed to main frame with screws. Supply and fixing Aluminium anodised grill made of 6mm dia aluminium bars, size of mesh 100mm by 100mm fixed together with aluminium U channel thick all round the grill complete fixed in position as specified and directed.

Material and labour factory made prelaminated FPVC(Foamed polyvinyl chloride) door frame of size 105X40mm with wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitred joined with 06 Nos of 50mm long crew. The door frame sahll be fixed to wall by using 100mm long screws through the frame with the help of Dash fasterners of 4 Nos to be provided for each vertical memeber, GI stiffeners of (U channel of size 29X9X1mm, 150mm long) -4Nos at hinge point. Material and labour 35mm thick factory made prelaminated ABS (acrolynitrile Butadyne styrene) door shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20X32mm , reinforced by 32X32mm-2Nos for vertical made out of LVL(Laminated veneer lumber ), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honet comb board, sandwiched on both sides with prelaminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the verticals for each shutter . Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia or wire and an average width aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC Cup Board made of 18 mm thick (solid PVC sheet) (Plus / minus 0.7) celuka PVC ply complete for hold of shelf / partation and shall provide 3 edges in sizes 18 mm x 18 mm as per required length. the edges of shelf / partation / wall side to be lipped with 18 mm x 1 mm thick PVC sheet of density 600 Kg /cbm manufactured by as ISO -9000 certified company , using solvent cement etc.( including all necessary Aluminium hardware fitting i.e Piano hing , 4 handles, ball catchers including locking arrangement in each Cup board including dismantling of existing complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
