Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification

Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes 300x450x8mm in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm without pedestal with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white / colour glazed earthernware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm with GI pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos., and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, screws, etc., includ- ing dismantling masnory and re-doing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with “P” or “S” trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing in position of SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved quality make to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 6 (having working pressure of 12.50 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Supply and Installation of 74 mm Drywall Partition with two layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm,volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Auminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant/Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia Cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides.
