(a) M&L for Draining out engine oil from engine and replacement of following wornout/ defecive parts, refilling oils & coolant in radiator and re-fixing in orginal position after repair/replacement including testing and commissioning -01 Job :- (i) Fuel Filter – 01 Set. (ii) Oil Filter – 01 Set. (iii) Air Filter Primary – 01 Each. (iv) Air Filter secondry – 01 Each. (v) Engine Oil GST – 7.5 Ltrs. (vi) Coolant –3.5 Ltrs (vii) Break Fluid – 0.3 Ltrs. (viii) Labour charges-- Job each. (b) M & L for opening of following defective parts and refixing after repair/replacement including testing and commissioning:- - 01 Job. (i) Speedometer Cable- Piece- 01 (ii) Front Head Lights- 01 Each (iii) Indicator - 01 Each (iv) Accelarator Cable - Piece Each (v) Door Handle - 02 Each (vi) Fan Belt - Piece- 01 (vii) Wind screen (Front Glass )- Piece- 01 (viii) Labour Charges- Job-01 (c) Taking out four wheels from vehicle, hub greasing, checking of brake system, wheel alignment , greasing, washing and replacement of wornout/defective parts- 01 Job :- (i) Hub Bearing Inner & Outer- Piece- 01 (ii) Front & Rear Wheel Cylinder Kit- 01 Each (iii) Front & Rear Wheel Hub Seal- 01 Each (iv) Labour Cahrges- Job- 01 (d) Material and Labour for rectification of steering play by opening and replacement of bushes straightening of steering rod and re-assembling complete- Job- 01. (e) Material and Labour for checking of suspension system including providing tension as required to tension leafs and replacement of nuts and bolts,U Hooks including alignment of wheel and replacement of other unserviceable parts 01 Job :- (i) Rear Suspension Bracket- 01 Each (ii) Leaf Spring- 01 Each (iii) Suspension Pin- 01 Each (iv) Front Suspension Bracket- 01 Each (f) M & L For Unserviceable alternator room vehicle for repair,opening, electrical checking and replacement alternator assembly and refixing after replacement including testing and commissioning Job- 01:- (i) Winding of coil- Job- 01 (ii) Driver Plate- Each- 01 (iii) Labour Charge- Job- 01 (g) M & L For taking down unserviceable clutch cylinder kit from vehicle and replacement of clutch cylinder kit including testing & commissioning. Each Job- 01 (h) M & L For Taking down unserviceable self starter, opening and replacement of following wornout/defective parts and refixing in its orginal position after repair/replacement complete incl testing and commissioning Job - 01:- (i) Self Armature assembly - 01 Each (ii) Self Pinion - 01 Each (iii) Cut out Set- 02 Each (iv) Self Solenoid Switch- 01 Each (v) Labour Charges- 01 Job (j) M & L For scratching out old paint completely and painting the complete body with two coats of blue existing paint after one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge- Each Job- 01 (k) M & L for taking out of complete wornout base sheet of loading area of the Eicher after cutting/ welding and supply and fixing /welding/riveting 2.0mm sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge- Each Job- 01
