Provision for hiring of Warm light colour decoration with Par light / façade light LED RGB 35 watt including necessary arrangement etc (110 LED lights per day for 08 days )

Provision for 5 Kva diesel generator for power back up with fuel and operator

Drone videography/photography of event as and when required

Provision for Supply and fixing of Wire & tripod stand for arrangement of warm lights and G-20 Logo for 08 days

Provision for Transportation charges from Raipur to sirpur

Provision for supply and installation of Acrylic LED Board (Including lights) for the G-20 as per approved design and colour codes as direction received by competent authority

Provision for Supply a rental projector for projecting the G-20 Logo during illumination of Monument

Provision for painting and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Two or more coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc.
