Excavation in drain and channel etc in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work Jumper work, pick jumper work blasting work hard rocks and chiseling /wedging out rock etc. and pumping or bailing out water including dressing of side and bed and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of surplus earth in all leads and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer - in- Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand 2 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth with complete in all respect.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Filling in plinth with stone filling under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 Sand: 12 Graded) stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (Icement: 6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls

Providing and fixing 40mm thick panelled and glazed shutters of second class deodar wood for doors having 12mm thick 2nd class deodar wood infill panel with wooden bead of both side below lock rail and 6mm thick glass panes (Double glass units) of Modigaurd / sanit gobain or its equvalent above lock rail including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing Glazing with glass panes of 5mm (Five milimetre) thick plain glass (Double glass units) weight not less than 12.50Kg/M2 (Thirteen point seven five Kilogramme per square metre) for single units of Modiguard / Saint Gobian for shutters with putty and nails complete, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge

Providing & fixing 8 mm thick Cement bounded particle board including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 300x16mm size anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. Providing and fixing 250x16mm size aluminium anodized sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete
