Cleaning of manhole by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage from inside of man hole of depth not exceeding 1.50 Metre and removing the sludge to distance not exceeding 50 Metre and deposited in trenches, sprinking bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30cm including all earth work returning filling removal of surplus soil and necessary temporary bamboo barricades to a distance n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the salt glazed stone ware soil/ waste pipe 150 mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole and manhole to septic tank cleaning with rod/ bamboo and removal all blockage and testing including making good the disturbed area/ surface existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Serial No 2 here-in-above but 100 mm dia soil/ waste pipe.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation/sewage line and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil of distance not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SWG /salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipes set in cement mortor for 200mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here in above for 150 mm dia bore pipe.

Material and labour for Salt glased stone ware drain pipe 200 mm dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in above for 150 mm dia bore pipe

Material and labour for providing plain cement concerete (1:3:6) type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of bore 200 mm on after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but for 150 mm dia bore pipe

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type 'B-1' using (20 mm graded crush stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes and similar location including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: SAIL/TATA

All as per item No 17 here in abover but of 6mm to 8mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in hardstanding floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder, masonary work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work to precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr means radius built in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick half walls cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including recting out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:4) other than the fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integrated water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Waterseal/Cico/Bostic/J K Cement.

S & F in repairs wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-indian type) complete pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified & directed . Make :- Jaguar/Parryware/Hindware/Hindustan

Supply and Fix 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet ball valve, floatchain and pull including brackets etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Hindware/Johnson Pedder/jaguar.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China (white) wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with 'P' & 'S' trap, front or back inlet, any pattern including PVC seat cover (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including provision of lime concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hindware/cera/ parryware/Neycer

Demolition of PVC drain pipe of any size including all fittings head,shoes, bend and crowl set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110 mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Supreme/Kisan/Tirupati/Finolex/Prince.

Supply and FIX PVC (SWR) floor trap, 110mm dia outlet with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe in led joint complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Supreme/Kisan/Tirupati/Finolex/Prince

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 200mm, 7mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:3 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 clear span cills , steps and other similar works, bands plinth courses , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping . Complete including weathering, slightly rouded or chamfered all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar work etc complete all as specified.
