S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F chain link fencing of 4mm dia Galvanised wire having box made by wires of 100mm x 100mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75mm Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling work (Japhri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separatetely) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate)louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar hoels ) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces n exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L one coat of cement base paint including preparation of old plaster surface on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with Maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm) about 40mm high 75mm deep in straight courses laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick sand stone slabs dressed close picked on exposed faces,set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs exc 2.5cm in length, welded metal thickness n Exc. 5cm in length complete all as specified and as directed.
