Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder should have supplied Wear Resistance Steel Plate to any power plants/process industries of purchase order of value Rs.26.00 Lakhs or above in a Single/Multiple Purchase Order (Not more than Three) issued in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) and same shall be uploaded in e-portal (signed past PO copies).

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be Manufacturer (OEM/OES)/ Authorized dealer/Supplier of any Wear Resistance Steel Plate to any power plants/process industries. The Agency shall furnish documentary proof.

Financial Status

Bidder should have proven financial capability and have an average annual turnover of Rs.52.00 Lakhs for any two years among previous five years. The bidder shall furnish a copy of turnover certificate / Profit & Loss account statement, duly certified by a charted accountant to establish annual turnover requirement.
