Note : (a) The weight of rubber gasket beading will not be measured with the weight of aluminium shutters, glass will be measuerd and paid separatelly. M&L for scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with plenty of water using wire brush and jet pressure washer so as to ensure thorough cleaning. Providing and applying 2 coats of (Asian Paints Smart Care Crack seal) flexible, glass fibre reinforced acrylic crack filler after widening cracks upto 3mm using scrapper blade or angle cutter, prime the cracks using (Asian paints acrylic exterior wall primer) before applying crack seal. 1 coat of (Asian Paints Ultima Protek basecoat) fibre reinforced liquid applied membrane having crack bridging ability upto 2.00mm with topcoats without dilution. Also need to ensure forced coverage of 30-35 sq ft/ltr/coat. 1 coat of (Asian Paints Ultima Protek topcoat) Organo-Silicon, UV cross linking emulsion having (advanced anti algal) high resistance to growth of algae, (DPUR) superior resistance to dust and dirt accumulation (color stay) resistance to fading colours, protection against bird dropping and longevity of water proofing for 5 years and paint performance for 10 years so as to obtain an acceptable finish and ensuring coverage of 60-65sqft/ltr with 30-35% dilution with water.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of old plastered surface.

Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

M/LReplacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete.

Providing and applying effective polymer bonding coat ( hack aid plast or equivalent ) between old and new concrete after cleaning, drying & applying as per manufacturer's instruction and consultant instructions.

Providing and laying Super fluid microconcrete-Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, water proof plywood/steel plate shuttering, pouring, tamping, consolidating, curing etc complete as per manufacturer's specification and consultant's instructions.

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes of required sizes upto 16mm dia and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed. Provinding and fixing 12mm dia aluminium/PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed and Providing and injeciting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of "FOSROC" at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

M&L apply one layer of concrete 20mm avg thickness comprises composition 1:2:1, plain cemnt concrete mixed with spray set SL 2 to 2.5% by weight of cement concrete and 12.5 to 16.5ltrs of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent as approved to old rusted reinforcement after necessary preparation of surfaces by brush application and gunniting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for surface preparation by mechanical means to remove all loose particles laitance, oil and grease etc and applying two coats of Dr. Fixit pidfin 2K all over the sunken portion and upwards over the masonary wall upto 6-7 feet and 6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first coat. After the 2nd coat is completely dry apply a 3rd coat of Dr Fixit Pidfin 2k and sprinkle coarse sand while it is still wet.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in alternative ways as in plinth protection.

Dismantling/taking down existing hessian base felt or clay tiles or any other water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleanint the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km to outside the MD land.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in roof slab, Chajja drops, roof on bric or concrete surfaces including roughning surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.

Roof waterproofing with sikaBit W-15: M & L for applying SikaBit W-15, or equivalent of Texsa or Fosroc a 1.5 mm thick double sided, modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with cross laminated PE film for wet application on the roof. The membrane shall be applied after making concrete wall in saturated surface dry condition and applying a bonding slurry SikaBit W-1. The membrane is then unrolled and pressed into the fresh slurry after removal of the release liner. Both long and short edges of the membrane are overlapped by min. 80 mm and firmly pressed together using a roller with staggered overalps. one coat of Sika Bit w1 primer to be applied after removing the Top silver lining from the Sika BIt w15 before laying of screed @ a cosmuption ratio of 1 kg per sqmt . The membrane shall have tensile strength 4 N/mm according to ASTM D412 mod; elongation 200 % according to ASTM D412 mod; resistance to tear 23 N according to ASTM D624; joint peel resistance 700 N/m according to ASTM D1876 at 23 °C; joint shear resistance 220 N according to ASTM E154 ; low temperature flexibility of -15 °C over crack tested for 100 cycles according to ASTM C836 ; resistance to lateral water migration 70 m according to ASTM D5385 mod.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance of 1.00 Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures, removing, materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, ceilings etc.
