Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm (avg.) thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture of required shade & colour over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Distempering (one coat) with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at site. Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking at site. Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Higher charges of welding set including cost of Labour (welder & helper) and welding rods.

Providing and fixing panelling in door shutter with 12 mm thick Marine Plywood conforming to IS: 710 including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces including applying a coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Disposal of unserviceable material (Dismantled Mulba) by engaging Tractor & Trolly outside the University Campus.

Uprooting of rank vegetation/Plants grown on walls/roofs by way of dosmantling brick masonary/concrete, taking out of the roots and then doing the brick work and refinishing etc. complete with cement plaster as required. (cost of new brick masonary & finishing to be paid separately) including scaffolding whereever required. All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd Class brick of class designation 75 with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in superstructure. All work upto floor V level.

10-15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) on brick/concrete surface. All work upto floor V level.
